Came in on my own hard start in life lost parents young etc. always knew about the kingdom knew lots of JW's met one cycling got me interested as he was manipulative needed to belong was fragile at the time but could see the BS, relented and spent 8-10 years in the cult. Burnt out faded read Ray's books and concluded I knew the corporate sham all along but wanted to believe. Did some intense research over the summer and doing my own thing still a believer in the realm of God and the Melchizedek priesthood through Christ.

question: Pinky rink, the ring i have seen on alot of the GB resembles a Masionic ring

For that smart ass elder withy the attitude the OCD in me would of liked to key the paint ! I would never do it but the temptation would be there after the crapping he gave in his talk. One guy in my book study said it best to keep life simple as the end is very close. Year after he built a new mac mansion home with brickwork and expanded his metal shop to the tune of a couple million. That's ok in itself but the double standards are astounding. -

obsession to count
by menrov injust returned from a funeral service for the (non-jw) husband of a jw in a funeral home.
it was rather crowded.
no jw discourse.

I'd always try and find common ground and make it clear I was just another guy like them, nothing special just trying to share some Bible truth. Those guys on the vid are plain weird. Bet you they judged the guy on account of his earrings and appearance. I do however remember bring frightened when just not in the mood for service, so who knows what they were thinking..

I'll never even so much as look at one of those stupid things again ! Standing at the street corner making little notes about the 'householder' and so on. Then studiously filling in the boxes in RV's mags an so forth. Busy work for the Culture Club. Up your nose with a rubber hose GB !
